Antioxidants

You must have heard this word “antioxidants” a million times. Every other day a new product exclaiming about the benefit of antioxidants, is launched in the market. So, what exactly is an anti-oxidant? To put it simply, antioxidants are chemicals that strongly help in reducing the skin ageing effect of the sun, pollution and other environmental factors.
