Careful selection of the site of clinic that is in accordance with brand image and availability of target customer segment.

Design & Layout

Providing architectural layouts, interior design support/guidance to the franchisee.

Project Management

Approved list of vendors and franchise development manager will be provided to ensure development of clinic as per the specifications.

Pre-Operational Training

Holistic training to franchise staff and owner on brand profile, treatments, product portfolio, customer policies, customer management, clinic operations, business operations, reporting, etc will be provided.

Store Operations Manual

Store operations manual will be provided to the franchise. It will detail activities to be carried out by franchisee with regard to store operations on a day to day basis. Operations Manual will also be provided to Franchisee.

Franchise Support & Auditing

Company will provide franchisee with single point support manager to help in carrying out business and troubleshooting issues / concerns. Also, planned & surprise audits will be conducted to check franchisee's adherence to the policy framework.

Employee Selection

Company will provide guidance to the franchisee for hiring right manpower for clinic operations. Details with respect to employee profile and job description will be covered in the operations manual.

Employee Training - On-board Induction

This includes pre-operational training and induction of new employees joining. Training can be in-house with initial team doing multi-tasking and later a dedicated training team working specifically for the task.

Employee Training - Refresher Sessions

Yearly training calendar should be created for carrying out refresher sessions at various levels, on various areas for all franchisees. Yearly / Quarterly training schedules will be shared with franchisee in advance to ensure active & holistic participation.

Important Training / Education Areas

Staff training / education with respect to services will cover important areas such as technical procedures, new product lines, customer management/servicing, customer policies, promotions, discounts, etc.
